Can you identify this sci-fi movie robot?

I’m looking for a robot from an old black/white sci-fi movie, or possibly a TV show. The robot I picture in my head is SIMILAR IN SHAPE to this picture of the "box" from Logan’s Run, http://www.jeffbots.com/box.html., however, the head is more square, (like an upside-down bucket), and the shoulders have a collar which extends outward over the arms. It is not shiny like box is, but has a gray dull finish. It rolls around, and does not walk, and somehow I picture it on a spaceship. It is NOT Rosie from Jet-sons, nor is it animated.

I posted a similar question earlier, but thought I should rephrase it to get better results. I really need some help on this one guys, it’s driving me insane!!
